It's impossible to catch all the great creative work and marketing ideas that are released globally each week. But, from all the stuff I did happen to catch, here are some terrific ideas worth spending some extra time with:
Dulux Paint / Euro RSCG, London / Let's Colour Project. When the client first approached the agency they brought with them a video of some employees painting houses in Brazil which sparked the concept*.
Toyota Sienna / Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles / Swagger Wagon. The minivan was invented in 1984 and after 26 years it is difficult to remember a lot of campaigns in the category, until this one.
CNN / Heimat, Berlin, German / Go Beyond Borders Project. To mark the 20 year anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall agency and client took to the streets.
Nike / Wieden + Kennedy, Amsterdam / Write the Future. Originally launched via Nike's Facebook page*, the video is currently up to over 9 million views on YouTube.
Bayer / Almap BBDO, Brazil / If It Gets Stronger, We Get Stronger. Despite how dynamic creative work can become these days, I'll always remain a fan of brilliantly executed print.
Nike / 255 Studio. Launched in NYC, Nike has created a bespoke baseball collection retail store that mixes sports, design and apparel to produce one-of-a-kind garments.
